REMOTE CONTROL EMPIRE
We are living in a remote control world.
It is true that every day we use one of this little gadgets least once with a various devices. I remember some years ago when the remote controls start multiplying in my life , and specially in my living room. One for the TV, one for the video, the home cinemas amplifier, the video, the air conditioner. Not to mention the remote control of my brand new helicopter which i gifted my self last Christmas as an expression of dream with roots in my childhood.
After losing those remote controls i have establish a "rambo" pack in order not to search them, with adhesive tape. The solution was ugly but practical. In that way i have stop playing with them ,which lead in thrillers, to brake usually the batteries covers and in the same way since i have wrap three of them , they were very bulky to loose. Any way there are more modern ways to do the job, just jump to my following pages and you will discover. From hover crafts to helicopters, from cars to boats, submarines even lawn mowers.
Don't forget to organize a special drawer with all kinds of batteries your remote control needs.
There isn't anything more annoying to get up from your couch and change channels by hand. We did that on the seventies when they were only two channels in the TV.
And if you are using a remote control to much , buy rechargeable batteries. They will pay back in no time.
One last word about batteries don't throw them with your trash. One small battery can contaminate one field and our water with dangerous chemicals.
Welcome to the remote control world.
